ASM is introducing a new delivery system.
Our Driver's will now be on the road with tablets! This will let you know when they are on the way to your location, and when your order has been delivered.
Order in transit
When the driver is on route to your location you will receive a text message to let you know that the driver is on there way.
The text message will let you know what suburb the driver is leaving. Please allow time for traffic or other potential delays.
Order Delivered
Once your order is delivered the driver will use there tablet to take a minimum of 2 proof of delivery images and will require a signature.
These will be sent to you by email and text message.
- Please let us know if you have a preferred email address you would like the proof of delivery to go too.
- All Text Messages will go to your nominated site contact for each order.
